Growth Matters International Announces Appointment of Sales Management & Enablement Industry Veteran as President of Newly Created America’s Region
CHARLOTTE, NC., JULY12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Growth Matters International ("Growth Matters" or the "Company"), a leading sales management enablement company with operations in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East focused on providing sales leaders with a path to growth today announced the appointment of Brian Lambert, PhD, as the President, North and South America. In this role, Dr. Lambert will be responsible for leading the Growth Matters Americas teams including marketing, sales, delivery, and research. He will report directly to Growth Matters International President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tony Cross, and will be a member of the Company's Executive Leadership Team.
Dr. Lambert is an accomplished sales management, enablement, and research executive with over 20 years of industry experience in driving value creation at both public companies and in private equity-backed ventures. He was most recently the Sr. Director of Enablement & Readiness at Spectrum (Nasdaq: CHTR), a Fortune 50 Telecommunications company based in Stamford CT. He also served as the Sales Enablement leader at GP Strategies (NYSE: GPX) as well as the senior staff of the Society for Talent Development (ATD), the world’s largest membership organization for talent development leaders and their teams. Earlier in his career, he held a series of sales and sales management roles across multiple brands, including Dun & Bradstreet in which he started his selling career, the United States Air Force, where he served as Training Officer, and Senior Analyst at Forrester Research (Nasdaq: FORR), in which he helped create and launch the Sales Enablement practice for teams who work to strategically align to customer conversations and achieve organic growth. He will play an integral role in working with Mr. Cross and the Growth Matters International team to expand the sales management portfolio, strengthen capabilities, reinvigorate top-line growth, and expand margins and cash flow. The North America operation will be headquartered at the Company’s existing office in Charlotte, North Carolina USA.
